Healthy Life Coaching is something that I developed
based on the strategies that I've learned and used
in losing weight and maintaining the weight loss. In
talking to people, I've come up with several programs
that I think are beneficial to help us all develop
strategies for continued success in weight management.
Groups
- Live Group presentations discussing life maintenance
and health strategies
- This is a series of group presentations
in workplaces, educational institutions, and
other venues geared toward a healthy lifestyle
and maintaining
positive change and momentum in a busy world.
- Weekly Phone Seminar for the Obesity Survivor
- Surviving
obesity is an ongoing challenge that takes a
winning team. By having someone who is successfully
coping with many of the same challenges
you are in your corner, you’re one step closer
to winning the life-long battle of bulge. Weekly phone
calls with an
obesity survivor
to help talk through
the hurdles and implement weekly strategies. Guest speakers
and industry professionals join in with pertinent topics.
Retreats
- Living in the City Retreat
- This two-day retreat takes you on field trips
to restaurants with a focus on healthy living
while out and about. Learn how to order food,
live healthy while on the road, and maintain
in stressful situations.
- Mexico Group Retreats
- 5 days/4 nights of fun in
the sun learning strategies for long-term
success with group discussions
about numerous topics Obesity Survivors struggle with on a daily
basis. Interspersed with beach walks, a sunrise
session and plenty of free time.
- Southern California
Wilderness Retreat
- Two days and one night of
hiking and camping filled with group dialogue
on life strategies for surviving
obesity. Get out into nature and discover fun ways to get exercise
into your life while distressing!
Other Programs
- As my journey continues
I’m learning new things
every day about this battle. With that in mind,
I am continuously developing new programs and revamping
retreats and programs. Subscribe
to my free E-News to receive
program updates/schedules, scheduled events and
news on new programs. Who knows, maybe you’ll
even find a tip worthy of using!
